Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products:
Any merchandise that is defective, damaged or shipped in error by Are Seen
On TV.com can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment for
credit towards an identical replacement product. A new replacement item
will be sent to replace the damaged or incorrect product. Are Seen On TV .com
must
be
either
notified
in writing by U.S. Postal Service or email within 10
days of product delivery. An RMA (Return To Manufacturer) number must first
be obtained before the
customer is able to return the product. Our RMA
procedure below applies to these type of returns.
Products a Customer is Not Satisfied With:
Any products a customer wants to return due to dissatisfaction (don't
want the product, didn't meet their expectation, don't like the color,
etc.) can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment by
following the RMA
procedure below. Are Seen On TV .com

be
either

in writing by U.S. Postal Service or email within 10
days of product delivery. All returned
product must be unused and in re-sellable condition including the product's
packaging. A 30% restocking fee will be charged
on these items. Note: By law, some products are not returnable. These include
health/beauty products, personal care products and other similar products
that are used on the face, body or mouth. These returns must be handled
through the product's manufacturer.
RMA Procedure:
Obtaining an RMA before returning a product is required. Any products
returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Steps to follow;
